Greater Bridger Valley Chamber of Commerce Welcomes You
Welcome to Bridger Valley Wyoming!
Bridger Valley is located in Southwest Wyoming on the north slope of the Uinta Mountain Range. The Valley consists of three communities – the incorporated towns of Lyman and Mountain View and the town of Fort Bridger, all within a 6-mile radius of each other.
Bridger Valley is at the crossroads of Interstate 80 and Wyoming Highways 410 and 414. It serves as one of the primary entrances to the High Uinta Mountain Range and the Wasatch Cache National Forest where there is unlimited hunting, fishing, camping and hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing and ATV and snowmobile riding.
Mountain View is the gateway community to Flaming Gorge Reservoir and the north slope of the Uinta Mountains. Full service grocery store, gas stations and several restaurants are available to serve the traveler’s needs.
The restored Fort Bridger historic site and museum is open year around and are the home of the Mountain Man Rendezvous over Labor Day weekend. Fort Bridger is where trails of the past converge:
-Pony Express Trail
-Overland Stage Route
Lyman is next to the crossing of the Oregon and Mormon trails and the annual 24th of July celebration is one of the largest pioneer celebrations outside of Utah.
Bridger Valley is located just:

-54 miles from Flaming Gorge Reservoir and the Green River
-121 miles from Salt Lake City Utah and Salt Lake City International Airport
